I was not always The Master Connector.
I was shy and introverted. I was bullied as a kid. Connecting with people did not come naturally to me.
Then a mentor challenged me to meet three new people every day.
Not just a quick hello. Real conversations.
That challenge changed everything.
Through consistent reps, discomfort, and persistence, I built the skill of human connection one conversation at a time.
I started an advertising agency in New York City. I later transitioned into sales and became a top performer. Today I speak on stages and impact organizations.
This journey is not about talent.
It is about training.
If I can build it, your team can build it too.
